Honey-Curry Chicken

I received this from a close friend of mine here in Washington.  We love all kinds of curry and this one is delicious!

1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c honey
1/4 c lemon juice
1 T soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
4 small chicken breasts (you can do a little more because there's plenty of sauce), cut in strips
1/2 c butter, divided

Combine flour, salt and cayenne.  Dredge or shake chicken to coat in mixture.  Put 4T butter into 9x13 pan and melt in pre-heating oven.  Place chicken in pan, turning pieces to coat.  Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 mins.  Make sauce by combining remaining butter and ingredients in sauce pan and heat on low.  Turn chicken and pour prepared sauce over it.  Bake another 20 mins (or until chicken is done).
