Italian Cheese Bread

This bread is so delicious.  My mom makes it all of the time and it is one of Sam's favorite breads.

2 ½ c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 TB quick rise yeast
1 c. warm water
1 TB vegetable oil

 Combine flour, salt, sugar, yeast. Mix water and oil and add to flour mixture. Add flour if needed to form soft dough. Knead 1-2 minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise 20 minutes.

Topping:
 ¼ to 1/3 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
1 TB grated Parmesan cheese
½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine: ¼ tsp. garlic powder ¼ tsp. dried oregano ¼ tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp salt, dash pepper

Put dough in greased 12” pan. Brush with salad dressing. Sprinkle seasoning. Put cheese on top and bake 450 F for 15 minutes or until brown.
