Baked Beans

This is Grandma Kirkham's recipe that we love at outdoor picnics and cook-outs.

1/2 lb. bacon,cut up and browned (4-6 slices)
2 large cans pork-n-beans
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
3 teasp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 bottle catsup (I translate this to 1 cup ketchup)
1 1/2 Tablesp. vinegar or 1 teasp. dry mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar

Simmer onion and greeen pepper in with bacon after it is cooked. Stir in other ingredients and place in casserole dish. Bake 300-325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours.
