Sausage Gravy

1/2 - 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
4 Tblsp. flour
2 cups milk
ground sage
pepper
Baked or mashed potatoes

Brown sausage in medium skillet. Drain excess grease. Stir flour into meat and blend well. Add milk, cook and stir until thick. Sprinkle 1/2- 1 teaspoon sage and pepper each or to taste. Serve over potatoes or biscuits. 4 Servings
