Mom's BBQ Sauce for Chicken

This makes enough to cover 2-3 chickens cut up. It makes very tender chicken.

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
few drops Tabasco sauce
2 cups water

Mix in order. Simmer 5 min. in a saucepan on top of stove. Put chicken, cut up, in a cake or dripper pan. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle generously with flour. Pour sauce over all. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover for 1 hour and uncover for last 1/2 hour.
