Cream Cheese Frosting

This is a large enough recipe to frost 100 sugar cookies.

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup margarine or butter
3-4 cups powdered sugar
1-2 Tablesp. milk
1 teasp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese, gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to make consisitency for frosting cookies.

To make a frosting for carrot cake etc. only add 1 cup of powdered sugar and no milk.
