Mom always makes Wassail around Christmas time. It usually ends up being on Christmas Eve when we act out the Nativity. We love this stuff! It makes your house smell really good too. I had to half this recipe in order to fit it in my crockpot.
Combine and heat on low for two hours:
8 c. water
1 c. sugar
10 cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
Then add:
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. lemon juice
1 gallon apple juice
Heat until warm. Serve warm.
