Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

This was made for Christian and Courtney's open house.  So delicious!

2 tsp garlic
4 tsp olive oil
4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 can chickpeas
1/2 T roasted red pepper

Puree with the liquid from the beans until desired consistency.
I love to eat this with Multigrain chips.
