Irish Cream

This is an easy dessert that is wonderful with fresh fruit like raspberries or strawberries.

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 cups sour cream
Fruit

Combine cream and sugar. Cook and stir constantly over low heat to 160 degrees (do not boil), then stir gelatin until dissolved. Add extract; cool 10 minutes, then whisk in sour cream and chill at least 1 hour. Serve in dessert dishes.
