Spaghetti Sauce


Mix dry ingredients together:
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. dry green pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry minced garlic
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning

Brown 1lb. ground beef and drain fat. Sprinkle dry ingredients over and stir in.  Add:
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 3/4 cup tomato juice or water (I just fill up the empty cans with water--twice for the 8 oz one and once for the 6 oz. one)
Simmer 30 min.
Serve over pasta.
